Part 2: Pinned Tabs
This is great. Pinned tabs make it so easy to keep tabs that you use all the time open, organized, and out of the way. When they are pinned, they move to the left of your tabs and only show the icon for the site. Right now, I have 8 pinned tabs. These are tabs that I constantly keep open (Gmail, school mail, Google Reader, etc.).
So, how do you pin a tab?
Simple! Move your mouse over the tab that you want to pin. Take two fingers and click on your trackpad. You'll get a list of options. Simply choose "Pin Tab." It will move to the left. You can move pinned tabs around if you want. New tabs will open regularly to the right.
Happy pinning!!!
